Brandon Payne of Hastings, NY was one of three students recently awarded the Elmira College Board of Trustees Prize. The Prize is presented annually by the Elmira College Board of Trustees to students who most clearly exemplify the earnest desire to improve academically, socially, or in service to the College community.
