Brandon Payne Graduates from Elmira College

Brandon Payne was among the graduates celebrated at the 162nd Elmira College Commencement on Sunday, June 4 at the Murray Athletic Center, Pine Valley. The exercises included the conferring of 296 undergraduate and 32 graduate degrees.
