Elmira College women's golfer Alyssa Ogden of Fairport Earns Recognition from Empire 8 Conference

Alyssa Ogden of Fairport was one of three members of the Elmira College women's golf team who received recognition from the Empire 8 Conference following the 2016 E8 Championships.

Audrey Clarke '18, Alyssa Ogden '17, and Giovanna DeLoca '17 were all named Empire 8 All-Conference honorees while leading the Soaring Eagles to a second-place finish at the league championship tournament over the weekend of October 1-2.

Ogden, in her first season with the women’s golf team after transferring to Elmira this fall, finished in eighth place at the E8 Conference Championships at the Country Club of Ithaca. She carded a two-day total of 185 (+41). As a result of her top-10 finish, Ogden was named to the Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team.
