ROTC Cadet Sam Lukason Commissioned During Annual Ceremony

Three graduating Elmira College cadets were commissioned during the annual Army & Air Force ROTC Commissioning Ceremony in Peterson Chapel as part of Commencement weekend festivities. This ceremony marked the beginning of their service to our nation.
