Mock Trial Team Finishes First Competition With Winning Record

Elmira, NY (12/06/2019) — The Elmira College Mock Trial Team, now in its second year, participated in the Capital Region Clash Invitational at the University of Albany on November 9-10th. Under the leadership of Elmira's Coach, Dr. Daniel N. Clay, and the team's captain, Elizabeth Foster '21, Elmira College faced the University of Albany, the University of Buffalo A-Team, Middlebury College, and the University of Buffalo B-Team, walking away with victories in three out of four rounds.

The Elmira College Mock Trial Team is excited by these results from its first competition of the new season. The team hopes to continue its streak of victories in both the Ithaca College Bomber Blitz Invitational on December 7-8th, and again at its Regional Tournament in February.
