ROTC Cadet Commissioned as Officer

Elmira, NY (06/05/2019) — A graduating Elmira College cadet, Hannah Vignone, was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant with the United States Army during the Tri-Service ROTC Brigade Commissioning Ceremony, held May 24 in Barton Hall, Cornell University. This ceremony marked the beginning of the cadets' service to our nation.
