2019 Summer Youth Camps Announced

Elmira, NY (04/29/2019) — This summer, two Elmira College athletic programs will be hosting a number of different camps for students in grades 1-12. The athletic programs involved include the men's soccer and basketball teams. The camps are set to begin in July and will run through August of this coming summer.

The Elmira College men's soccer program will host two summer camps, the Soaring Eagles Kids Camp in July and EC Men's Soccer ID Camp in August. The Soaring Eagles Kids Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 8-16 and will help players who are looking to take their game to the next level or further their development. The ID Camp is for boys entering grades nine through 12 and provides attendees an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of college coaches from all divisions and get a taste of what collegiate soccer is all about. EC men's basketball will host the EC Basketball Camp and EC High School Basketball Camp in July. The EC Basketball Camp, for students entering grades one through eight, focuses on specialized instruction to improve players' basketball development. The EC High School Basketball Camp, for students enter grades seven through 12, allows students to experience four college-style practices throughout the camp, a strength and conditioning program, skill drills, games, and individual contests to help push campers' basketball skills to the next level while having fun.
