Alumni Spotlight: Cheryl Broomall Shallish '71
Elmira, NY (09/27/2018) — Cheryl joined the Alumni Board in October 2016. She majored in elementary education and psychology at EC and earned an Ed.M. at Rutgers University, in addition to earning 30 additional credits at Syracuse University. In 2013, she retired from teaching elementary education after 32 years. Cheryl lives in Syracuse, New York.
"Now is the time to give something back to the College and that is why I elected to serve. It is such a great feeling to see what our College has become through the years, and I take great pride in that. I hope that my being on the Board will assist in keeping the College moving in the right direction for the future as a premier educational institution."
