Arts Alive Continues With Art Open Studio
Elmira, NY (04/02/2019) — The Elmira College Art Club will host its Art Open Studio on Saturday, April 6 as part of the continued Arts Alive celebration. This year's Open Studio will feature activities such as splatter painting, henna, DIY stress balls, student art exhibitions, and more.
The Open Studio event, scheduled from noon- 4:00 p.m., takes place in the various art studios throughout Fassett Hall. Along with the EC Art Club, the EC student clubs, Active Minds and Sybil, will also participate in the event.The event is free and open to the public.
Arts Alive at Elmira College is a Term II celebration of the arts that features presentations, performances, and exhibitions by faculty, students and special guests. Many forms of art are represented in the celebration, including the fine arts, the performing arts, music, and the application of art within various disciplines such as math and science.
