Cheerleading Earns Fourth Place Finish at 2019 NCA College Nationals
Elmira, NY (04/09/2019) — For the sixth consecutive season, the Elmira College cheerleading team finished in the top-four on the biggest stage in the country. Overall, the Soaring Eagles finished with a score of 94.87 to finish fourth in the All-Girl Division III bracket of the 2019 National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) College Nationals.
Elmira College was nearly perfect with their stunts and only had 0.25 points deducted from the overall score by the final day of the tournament. The team was also not far off from this year's champion, Bridgewater State University, who finished with a score of 96.79.
