Deadline for Ogden Symposium Registration is March 8
Elmira, NY (03/06/2019) — Reservations for the Dr. Anita B. Ogden Symposium are due Friday, March 8. This year's annual women's health and wellness event, hosted by the Elmira College Nurse Education Program, features Pam Conrad, PGd, BSN, RN, CCAP.
Conrad has a rich and diverse nursing history spanning over 20 years in medical center hospitals as a level 1 trauma ER/OR, cardiology, psychiatric and women's health nurse, where she also completed her Clinical Aromatherapy for Health Care Professionals (CCAP) certification course. She lived and studied advanced clinical aromatherapy and graduate complementary therapy studies with nurses, doctors and midwives in England and France for two years. Conrad is an international speaker and has presented her aromatherapy work in Canada, U.K., Chile, Japan, Ireland, Mexico and throughout the U.S.
Tickets for the event, which is open to the public, are $30 each and include a continental breakfast. Contact the Elmira College Nurse Education Department at 607-735-1890 to register.
