Granato Named to Academic All-American Team
Elmira, NY (07/03/2019) — Katie Granato '19 of the Elmira College women's ice hockey team added another feather to her cap recently, as she was named to the 2018-19 Google Cloud Academic All-America® At-Large Women's Third Team.
"This honor adds to Katie's impressive list of accolades and was well deserving," said head coach Tim Crowley. "She was someone that was successful on and off of the ice, which is why she was voted to be one of our leaders by her teammates."
After previously being selected to the Google Cloud Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) in May, Granato was one of 95 student-athletes to earn All-America status for the Division III At-Large Teams.
