Helen Hitchcock Bjorvand Drawing Prize Winner Announced

Elmira, NY (04/06/2020) — Today's award recipient feature is for the annual Helen Hitchcock Bjorvand Drawing Prize. This year's recipient is Kristen Tull '22. The award is endowed in recognition and memory of an extraordinary member of the art faculty, and presented annually to the full-time Elmira College student submitting the best portfolio of drawings.

"Being awarded the Helen Hitchcock Bjorvand Drawing Prize really does mean a lot to me," said Tull. "It is nice to know that as an art major your work does not go unrecognized. It makes all of the late nights in the art building worth it, and it is nice to know that my effort is valid and acknowledged."
