Men's Ice Hockey Competes in Annual Phoenix Academy Game
Elmira, NY (02/05/2020) — Members of the Elmira College Men's Hockey team recently went head-to-head with the Phoenix Academy Fury in an annual floor hockey game at the Greater Southern Tier BOCES Bush campus.
This marks the 29th year EC has played the Fury (formerly Ellesmere Eagles) and the Fury have beaten the Soaring Eagles every year. The game served as preparation for the Fury as they prepare to head to the Special Olympics' 2020 Winter Games in Rochester later this month.
