Stephanie M. Burchard '21 Awarded The Professional Nurses of the Twin Tiers Award
Elmira, NY (05/24/2021) — The Professional Nurses of the Twin Tiers Award is presented annually to a graduating Elmira College senior who demonstrates leadership ability and lives in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben or Tompkins counties or intends to practice in the area. The recipient is selected by the nursing faculty, and this year's recipient is Stephanie Burchard '21.
"Thank you for the recognition," said Burchard. "It is an honor to be selected and set this example for my children."
Burchard is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and is continuing her nursing career as a critical care nurse at the Arnot Ogden ICU in Elmira.
